After several years of hard work and dedication, Nantong Jiahe Chemicals Co., Ltd. as the core company, Nantong Jiahe Pharmaceutical Technology and others as joint venture to combine as "JIAHE Strategic Alliance".
The core company - Nantong Jiahe Chemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiahe Chemical") was established in March 2005 with a registered capital of 50 million. It is located in the one-hour economic circle of Shanghai in the Yangtze River Delta. In 2006 and 2011, obtained the production license for both formulation and technical of agrochemical, mainly devoted to production and R&D of intermediates, technical and formulation, the main products are: 98% Diflufenican TC, 98% Propyzamide TC, Oxyfluorfen TC, 24% Oxyfluorfen EC, etc. After a decade of development, the company has achieved outstanding performance and good reputation, and has became a well-known pesticide enterprise in China. As the first enterprise to join our alliance, Nantong Jiahe Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiahe Pharmaceutical") was established in April 2016. The company pays special attention to build sales teams. Now it has a talent team for domestic and oversea market and a complete sales network, these advantages have laid a good foundation for cooperation with Jiahe Chemical.
Due to strategic adjustment Jiahe Chemical's took the initiative to divest the sales function from the company, devoted itself to production and R&D only, and authorize sales function to the alliance company Jiahe Pharmaceutical by using its sales advantages to achieve the goal of rapidly expanding domestic and foreign markets. In addition, part of the production and processing business is also entrusted to other companies within the strategic alliance to increase capacity.
